Our friends at Leif Goods recently collaborated with Chef Jenn Louis, owner of Portland Middle Eastern influenced restaurant Ray, to create an adventurous new cannabis infused chocolate bar.  This limited edition Sesame Harissa Bar hits all the high notes from rich and chocolaty, to spicy and savory.

Leif Goods is one of the most unique chocolate edible makers in the Oregon cannabis market, and focus on creating products that are natural, organic, unprocessed, and fair trade.  They are no strangers to collaborations with local ingredient makers as well.  In the past Leif Goods has collaborated with Ristretto Roasters, and Jasmine Pearl Tea Company.

Owners of Leif Goods Jody Ake and Carrie Solomon, along with Chef Louis experimented with unusual flavors that would excite even the most sophisticated palate. Pulling from the Middle Eastern influences that have fueled Chef Louis’ latest endeavor, Ray Restaurant, they integrating the unexpected and aromatic ingredients of harissa, like cumin, mint and coriander to name a few, with toasted sesame seeds and the rich, organic dark chocolate.

While this sounds like an amazing, sophisticated chocolate bar that anyone would want to purchase, Leif Goods and Chef Jenn Louis topped this treat off with close to 50mg of THC to allow for an even further good time.

The new collaborative bar will be available in limited stores and once they are sold out, they are gone for good.  This one of a kind, limited release is exactly what our cannabis community needs to keep products that are hitting retail shelves exciting.
